Krystal has assisted Norris Injury Law since 2016. She came from Athens Regional Medical Center where she worked for 8 years in Patient Access. Krystal brought her extensive experience in medical billing and insurance to her position as an assistant at Norris Injury Law. She loves helping people get better and has the unique experience in medical billing and insurance to help navigate the complicated labyrinth of medical billing, health insurance, subrogation and reimbursement, which are now an essential part of the personal injury team. She is often the person you will hear on the other end of the line when you have a question about your personal injury case. She works directly with Norris Injury Law on every single case from start to finish. Her favorite thing about Norris Injury Law is how the client is put first. She is happily married to Kevin, who is the Quality Assurance Coordinator at ARMC. They enjoy the same hobbies such as watching and attending wrestling events, going to movies every weekend, and a love for comics. Take one look at their living room full of collectibles, movie posters, and “toys” and you will know they embrace their “nerdiness.” They are members of Living Word Baptist Church, where Krystal has been attending since she was a child.
